Ronald P. Koury, founder of Ranier Homes, Inc. is dedicated to residential home building and is a “hands on”builder personally 
involved in all phases of construction. Kevin D. Koury brought his energy and knowledge and joined forces with Ranier Custom Homes, Inc. in 2010 after a great deal of success building for national building companies and custom builders in the Memorial and River Oaks area.
Prior to the inception of Ranier Homes, Ron enjoyed a career with Exxon Corp. and Friendswood Development Company, a large land development and home building corporation. His interests and assignments in these firms directed him towards the real estate and land development business. This experience provided a natural transition to the formation of Ranier Homes, Inc. Over the past thirty-five years, Ranier Homes has maintained a quality oriented building program in many prestigious neighborhoods in Harris County. We have demonstrated not only financial strength, but also the ability to create innovative designs in order to stay ahead of the changing market conditions. Ron and his wife, Sheryl, of 40 years have two children, Kevin and Kristin, who attended Baylor and Texas A&M University respectively. In addition to being active in their church activities, Ron and Sheryl enjoy tennis, golf, snow skiing, hiking, and traveling.
